Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Amanda.
I created Thread Consulting because I’ve seen, again and again, how transformational it is when people and strategy are intentionally connected. After more than a decade in Human Resources, I wanted to build something that reflects the work I love most: helping leaders cultivate clarity, strengthen culture, and support their people in meaningful, sustainable ways.
My HR career has stretched across talent strategy, employee engagement, compensation design, performance management, leadership development, and organizational culture. I’ve coached leaders through complex transitions, facilitated the hard but necessary conversations, and designed systems that help teams thrive. What continues to ground me is a simple truth: when people feel valued, supported, and understood, everything else moves forward with more purpose.
Thread Consulting is built on that belief. I value honesty that’s rooted in care, practical solutions that actually work, and leadership approaches that prioritize both people and long-term strategy. My goal is to partner with organizations that want to grow — not just in structure or scale, but in trust, alignment, and culture.
Outside of consulting, I’m a lifelong learner. I’m also a parent, a wife, and someone who believes in community, connection, and continuous growth. Thread Consulting is the next chapter in my work, and I’m excited to bring my experience and perspective to organizations looking for thoughtful, strategic HR support.
